Del has been by a couple times for maintenance as well as a noise we started hearing when the heat/air come on. He’s super knowledgeable and his willingness to help is so refreshing!

Larry did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and addressed all needs and maintenance within our HVAC system. He went above and beyond to make sure it was all working correctly.

Del has always been professional and prompt. He brings just the right amount of social interaction along with getting the job done. With this particular visit I had some questions about a self install of a new thermostat I was attempting. Del set me off on the right foot with some clarifying details about the system.

The visit was a 6 month inspection of the AC. Everything went very well. The inspector called before coming, knew what he was doing and was through and efficient. He was pleasant and ready to answer questions. I would rate him a 10!

Larry was awesome even though it was late in the day and it had been a long one for him. I really liked that he took pictures and attached them with the report. The pictures showed the things that he did and the resulting status of the unit. His attitude was great even though he had been in 100 degree all day long.

Larry did a great job and communicated very well with me on the job and the info in regards to our furnace.

Larry was thorough in his analysis of my issue and talked me through what was going wrong, what he was doing to fix the problem and also helped me understand what else I needed to pay attention to moving forward with my aging system. I will definitely be using Mountain View again.

Service & Maintenance Technician Larry did a very thorough inspection and adjustment of our Heating system today. He was very helpful is explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the furnace vs heat pump during extreme cold weather. So happy with our fairly new heating and heat pump system. Very happy we chose Mountain View Heating.
