Superb quiet, efficient product performance. The installers were personable, professional, and spent time on the layout design that would have the best aesthetic result, even though it meant more work for them. They went over the system to be sure I understood the details of operation. There were a couple of minor cosmetic concerns post install, and customer support got right on it, addressing the issues. They also took care of all the paperwork to get my condo's board approval to start the project and also to get the necessary form returned for my state tax credit. Bruton gets my highest recommendation. Their customer service and product are stellar.

After being denied a record 5 times by my incompetent building manager, Bruton was able to get my HVAC maintenanced. They were so patient and kept trying. I appreciate their effort and their professionalism.

As a business owner in need of a maintenance service, I have found it a rare thing indeed to meet a company who over archives and surpasses my expectations. Joe, my service person was punctual to the minute, thorough (and then some), and gracious. Even though it was my fault for not doing a better job keeping the regular cleaning up to date he never once complained about the extra work which my failure caused. Impressed is only part of how I feel about Brutons commitment to excellence. I only wish I was as good at my job as they are.

Joe was friendly and helpful. Would recommend him. Cost of filter was not included in the maintenance price though unfortunately and I was originally told I could get one online cheaper any 20x20x5, so I did. It ended up being the wrong 20x20x5 just slightly too big😑. They were nice enough to go get the right size and bring it same day.
Just make sure you have the right filter size beforehand!

We have used Bruton to maintain and service the water-source heat pump units in our condo for several years. Service and support has been excellent and at a fair price. Although regular preventative maintenance has minimized the need for emergency service calls, the few times that has occurred Bruton responded very quickly. We highly recommend Bruton for HVAC service and repair.

Bruton was great. The communication by phone was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The technician who came to my house was just as good. He worked hard and did a great job. I won't use anyone else.

From the first phone call to the follow up & completion of the a/c installation Bruton was professional, clear on work being done, on time, worked hard all day to finish and ensure they finished the job and leaving no trace inside or out, other than the new a/c unit!
