    We have used BCC many times over the 23 years we've lived in our home. Matt Bruton, the owner, came to diagnose the problem with our furnace and was easy to work with and very professional. We were on vacation and our 23 year old daughter had to work with Matt to see if the furnace could be repaired. It ended up being more cost effective to replace the furnace and AC.
    Arthur and another technician came to install the new units. I'm sorry I can't remember the other technician's name because they were both worthy of recognition. Very professional and efficient and they cleaned up nicely after the work was completed.
    Arthur also solved an issue we've had for years regarding the heat and AC reaching the upstairs. With some tweaking he was able to get more air moving upstairs so the air distribution will be more even throughout the home.

    Initial Review: $25 to replace a 99 cent light switch plate??? I wish I never agreed to that. Beside that price gouge, they were professional and readily available to get some repairs done for my listing remotely.

    Several other companies wouldn't even give me a quote once I asked them to re-install an improperly removed wall unit. Bruton had no hesitation. They explained potential issues and gave me a ballpark quote over the phone without me pressing for it. The technician was SO fast. He was literally jogging back and forth between the heat pump and wall unit. He thoroughly tested the system and gave me a tutorial on the remote control (and I discovered a few new features!). This all took half the time they quoted. Best service experience of my life. We're remodeling and have been working with lots of service professionals, so I have a lot to compare! Thanks, Bruton!

    Great service! They were able to make a service call the same day, on a Friday afternoon headed into a cold weekend. Difficult electronic problem to diagnose and Burton was determined to stick with it and fix my furnace. They charged me a very fair price for the amount of time they put in to diagnosing and repairing. Highly recommended.

    We've had very good service from Bruton. They replaced our furnace and a/c several years ago and we've been pleased with the service we've received ever since. They're reliable and reasonably priced, and communication with them has been easy and clear. We've not required any repair service, just annual maintenance. We're very satisfied with their professionalism and would highly recommend them.

    Good communication with office regarding appointment time. Technicians arrived slightly early, were polite, pleasant & careful while working on my furnace. They were equipped with shoe-covers and other gear to protect my house. (Pandemic note: they were masked and careful to avoid contact).
    They explained what they were doing, used references to be certain of the correct parts & function of this furnace model, and made sure that it was working as expected before finishing up and packing to leave.

    Highly recommend Bruton for your HVAC needs. We used them to switch from a conventional system to a ductless one. We went through an extensive process, using 6 different companies for estimates. Bruton was the only to charge for their estimate, but it is refunded as a credit if you choose them to install. Given that, we found them to be the best value.

    Not only did the installation go exactly as they said, led by a great install team, but they went the extra mile to ensure we were also satisfied with their service. Highly recommend.
