Great company with excellent service. Our AC broke in the middle of the heat wave and they gave me some tips over the phone to get it working again. It did start to work, but the circuit blew again so they had to come out. Arthur came out and fixed everything in no time at a fair price. They have great communication for when they are coming out and are very professional. I will definitely use them for my heating and cooling needs in the future.

These guys came in with a great price for a new ac install. The work performed was high quality and now my house stays cool in the summer.

Wonderful experience from time of appointment set up to Matt coming and performing AC repair. Matt was very honest about what the issue was, the different options for repair and gave HONEST recommendations.
I have a monthly service agreement with another company who I no longer trust and charge double for services.

Very impressed with this company. Twice they had the opportunity to charge me more money and they did not. First time I called because I was having a problem with our cooling system during one of the really hot days. I knew there was a good chance that I would have to pay a ton of money for an overtime service call, but instead the gentleman on the phone offered advice that I could try on my own first. The advice worked and I didn't end up needing someone to come out.

Then a month or so later, we decided it was time to have our furnace/heat pump system serviced. We called these guys and they scheduled us quickly. Service man was prompt, thorough, and the total bill was less than I had expected it to be even though they knew I was expecting to pay more.

The integrity of this company is fantastic and we look forward to hiring them again for all of our heating/cooling needs.

BCC was a pleasure to work with! From my first call to schedule the appt, to the technician that came and did the work- everyone was so friendly. They got us in quickly, especially considering this is one of their busy seasons. Kept us updated via text which is great bc I’m forgetful even with my calendar 😅

Bruton installed a new furnace and AC unit for us recently. They provided excellent service. They were on time, courteous, cleaned up every day, and I couldn’t have asked for nicer guys.
