Had a wonderful experience with this company recently. Arthur was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. While doing the tune-up on my furnace, he fixed a problem that the last company missed and it's made a huge difference. I will definitely call them again for all future needs.

They were efficient in installing a new heat pump and exchanger when ours failed. Since then they have been maintaining it. They are quick to respond and on time for every appointment. They are very professional and answer questions.

Very impressed with their professionalism. I wanted to consider a more expensive higher efficiency furnace and they patiently explained that an 80% efficient furnace would be best for my home. They lost the opportunity to sell me a much more expensive furnace because they put my interests first - not their sales. I'll always use them for furnace & AC work.
Update October 15, 2020: This was a check-up on the new furnace they installed late August. Joe was terrific! He thoroughly checked the furnace's operation, and answered our questions about reinstalling the furnace filter properly. Also, we had a concern over noise, and Joe took the time to call the furnace tech support line and was able to figure out what was causing the noise and he fixed it so we have a quieter furnace now. We're so impressed with Bruton CC!!
Update January 26, 2021: Asked them to come out and check a smell at the furnace, and Arthur arrived promptly to inspect and clean. Smell is gone! No charge! Happy customer!!

We appreciated: Timely alerts about when the technician was on the way. On time. Friendly. Explained our non-traditional HVAC system to us in a way we could understand. Patient with our questions. No pressure for additional work. We will use Bruton as our regular HVAC service or replacement company if needed.

I booked my yearly HVAC service and was initially told it is time to clean the blower, which can cost several hundreds of the dollars, but the honest service provider told me that in fact the blower looks clean enough and that I can wait a year or two before I have to do it. Great service and honest business!
