Bruton Comfort Control

We have been very pleased with Bruton Comfort Control. Bruton was referred by a good friend and we couldn't be happier! We had them out to provide an estimate on a new AC/Furnace and because of their honesty from the owner, we decided to clean and tune up both our AC and furnace rather than worry about replacing our 21 year old system.

Our AC has been fine during the past two weeks of high heat and we are thrilled to not have to replace it! Another provider told us it would take up to $1500.00 to "find" a leak and Bruton's said there is nothing to worry about!

The service tech today was on time, friendly and focused. He confirmed everything is in good shape and just needed a good cleaning and tune up! I greatly appreciate their honestly and will continue to use them for future needs and replacement when required! Thank you all at Bruton, you are providing honesty and great service for your customers! So appreciated and I highly recommend them!

The people at Bruton are the best. From the initial inspection/bid through the actual install they were great to work with. The installation looks first rate, but it was just installed yesterday, so time will tell. When the owner, who's name is on the company, shows up to oversee the install you know you are getting their best effort.

We've had Bruton come out to our home to fix our very old AC , furnace and thermostat on two different occasions and both times they were extremely courteous, professional, prompt and quickly solved the problems. They are very trustworthy and truly value the customer as a person rather than just the next sale. They never pushed any new equipment on us and have helped us limp along our old but functioning appliances. I highly recommend them!

Bruton Comfort Control completed 2 furnace 1 heat pump replacements for our family. Our experience with them was nothing less than excellent! They are a team of well trained professionals. They were on time and provided us with a very competitive bid. Matt, himself came and spent almost an hour reviewing our needs and made a solid recommendation. He didn't try to up-sell, just recommended what we needed. Michelle in the front office was a pleasure to work with. Joe who worked on the installation was very competent and also followed up with couple of the questions I had with the climate control system. I would not hesitate to recommend Bruton to anyone. We will definitely go back when we need to update our A/C next.

On one of Portland's hot summer days, when every company in town was busy, Bruton was able to schedule a repair on our AC the same day. They were super! They went the extra mile to help us out, and we're SO grateful.

I have a 25-year-old Amana package terminal air conditioner that stopped producing heat. After having a difficult time finding a service provider, I tried this company. I wish they would have asked some questions ahead of the visit to help determine if they would actually be able to correctly diagnose the problem. Communication about the diagnostic results was not received until I saw the comments on the invoice. The recommendation is to replace the heating element, but without confirmation that the current one actually stopped working.

Matt Bruton came out to perform routine maintenance on our 33 year old furnace. He provided us with sound advice on continuing maintenance to get as much life out of the unit as possible, and also with some good options for replacement when the time comes. We liked his honest approach and feel that his advice was very trustworthy. You have gained a customer for life in our house!

This is the first time I have used Bruton. The process was simple, the people were nice and professional, and the job was well done. The best part of the customer service was that the technician left the property to get the part he needed and returned shortly after so he could make a same day repair. My experience has been that other companies would turn that into a second trip and return trip fee. Not this time. If I need help again, they will be my first call.
