Went to test the A/C before things got hot this summer and glad I did as nothing happened. Bruton was recommended by a neighbor, gave a shot; they were in the are the next day and offered to have their tech 'hang out' til I could make it home (the appointment time was the time I got off so not long but a solid 15 - 20 minutes and could of been more)
Leonard was very professional and quick, and 36 hours after finding out I had an issue it was fixed.

I've called BCC a couple of times now. Once for a general maintenance and second for a new thermostat. Both times they were on time, professional and courteous. Made sure to update me if it was necessary, and made sure I didn't have any questions when they were leaving. Would recommend for sure.

We have used Bruton in the past and have always been happy with the quality of their work. They recently replaced our gas furnace with a new high efficiency Daikin Fit heat pump, a new furnace, and thermostat.
The workmanship was top notch, and they left the job site very clean.
Matt Bruton had come out to do the initial evaluation. He patiently explained how the new system would work and answered all of our questions. Later we thought of a few more questions, and they were all answered. Matt came out an additional time to go over a few details about the installation since we planned to be out of town while the work was being done.
This morning Joe Brennan from Bruton came to the house to explain the nuances of the system and make sure that we understood all of the functions of the new smart thermostat. Joe was terrific, answering all of our questions and making the new system very understandable.
