I have had a great experience with Superior Air Services. James Alexander gave me the estimate, installed my unit and came back for a check up. Each visit James was on time or early, called ahead to let me know and very courteous throughout the process. While installing the heater and AC unit, James was cautious about wearing boot covers inside the house and told me what was going on throughout the day.

I would recommend the company and James.

I have used Superior Air for years for all my HVAC needs. They are super professional and know their trade. They have never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need and always make sure that they set me up with the solution that works for me.

Superior Air did an outstanding job with the installation of my new heat and air conditioning. The staff communicated with me during every step of the installation answering all my questions.

This is the only company I use . I was not getting air flow out of one of my ducts . James arrived on a Saturday to diagnose the problem , quoted me on a price to move duct due to a possible crimped area but after further inspection found that the problem was much easier to fix . Technician was straight forward reasonable and didn’t try to up charge . This same company and technician installed my new A/C 5 years ago and the unit has ran flawlessly. Great service ! Don’t waste your time with anyone else , I certainly won’t .

The were very responsive and actually got to my home early. Joe checked the common problems and found it was just a minor part that needed replaced. About 10 minutes later, it was blowing cold air in my home! Joe went ahead and did some cleaning and maintenance before he left. Very impressed by the professionalism and sense of urgency especially since it was going to get in the mid/upper 90’s that day.

We have had Superior Service for several years. They have replaced both our main floor and upstairs units.
We have had nothing but excellent professional service. We have scheduled appointments with them for maintance service etc. They are prompt, courteous and efficient. They are always polite and personable. They teach you and show you how to keep your heating/air system so it is running at it best.
