James to the rescue! I got home after work yesterday and the AC was out. I called Superior and James showed up within 30 minutes, even after he was on his last job of the day. I always call and specifically request James because he is always quick and gets the job done well.

Very pleased with Superior Air Services. My HVAC was installed by another company in 2019 and they could not get the proper air flow throughout my house. Superior Air fixed the problem. One thing I noticed is that my service tech James "listened" to me and then corrected the air flow to my satisfaction. Have had 2 other service techs out from this company recently to clean the AC unit and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company.

They had the best price by far and they get the whole install done in a day, which I appreciated a lot. They could have had it installed a couple of days after the initial bid if not for our work schedules. The house is a lot more comfortable and the new unit is pretty quiet. Very satisfied.

We had a condensation outlet pipe that was leaking steadily on the wood platform in the garage. Tons of water in garage area. We thought it was a forced air unit problem. We ended up having a clogged main line that was clogged. They recommended calling a plumber. I believe the overflow condensation pvc pipe should have been installed to drain in the water heater pan in case this problem happened. My husband put a couple of elbows on and it now drains in pan for $12.00. They offered to do the job for $149.00.

Josh and his crew are always very attentive to my heating and air needs. They even refer out services that they don't currently do to very reputable people, which is appreciated as well. All the technicians are very polite and do quick, quality work. I had an issue with air leakage and, being a subscriber to their semi annual services, they came out and took care of the issue within 24 hours without hesitation. I had bought the wrong size of air filters and Josh took them off my hands, went to the store himself, and bought the correct size at no additional charge. I highly recommend Josh's company!!

New home to us... So of course I have a lot of questions. James came out was very professional answered all of my questions above and beyond took me around the house . James showed me where my filters were what year my units were installed ... I thank superior superior air and James for a job well done

I was very pleased with the service I received from Josh. He gave me several options for me to decide what to do with my old units without any sells pressure at all. At the end I opted to replaced the air conditioners and the furnaces (23 years old). James was responsible to do the job and he as well as his team were very professional and easy to approach. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy with their work and that all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend Superior Air Services!
