I highly recommend Superior Air Services! My husband and I have used plenty of HVCA companies and not a single one was as knowledgeable, friendly and cost effective as Superior Air has been. Especially Chris Patton, who has gone above and beyond from helping me find the right unit that was in our price range to helping us get everything we need to use our home warranty. I'm elderly and have breathing difficulties and when my home a/c stopped working I only made one call, I got my system repaired the next day. Turned out it was a small part failure and it was repaired fast and at a very fair price. This is a family operated business, very clean cut and polite folks. I would feel confident recommending him to any of my family or friends.

Always on time. Very professional and friendly.. they always explain very throughly what they've done. Never pushy. And they do not hurry the service.

David was very courteous. He explained the service he was doing so that I understood the repair I needed. Also, he liked my cats!

Company as a whole has been great. Jimi got me connected with the company and signed up with membership plan and Chris did a great job with quickly assessing the repairs needed and addtional options available to me. Sales was great as well, i felt my needs were addressed and service was customer driven. 100% satisfied with the money spent.

Our AC stopped working late Saturday night, the night before Father’s Day. I called every 24 hour repair company in town, and while some answered, nobody could provide services for at least 2 days. Superior answered and told me they could have someone out the following afternoon. It’s now 2:00pm the following day and our AC is fixed. James was extremely professional and did great work in a timely manner. Superior will be the only company I use going forward!

Excellent experience! Christopher was so friendly and knowledgeable, our whole family enjoyed his visit and inspection. He went above and beyond, offering ideas to make our system more efficient and looking over any potential spots that might be a future problem. Will 110% be using and recommending in the future!

Our air conditioning system wasn’t coming on so I called Superior and they sent out a technician that very same day. Many thanks to James for showing up on time and identifying the problem which was still covered under warranty! My AC recently stopped working in the house and was frantically calling repair shops left and right superior was able to see me the next day and my experience was nothing less than superb! I’m not getting paid to say this nor did they ask me to leave a review this is just a genuine honest review from my own will in case someone else like me was trying to decide who to trust for an AC repair. Chris the repair man was on time respectful and a really awesome guy and he was able to solve my issue in less than half an hour! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!!!!!!
