While on our vacation to Jamaica, our Central Heat and Air decided to die! There was absolutely no question who I needed to call. I have had so many great customer experiences with Superior that we placed a service call immediately. Upon our return it was determined that we had to replace the system. Josh, Chris and Aaron took incredible care of us. Within a few short days we had a brand new HVAC system installed and fully operational. They gave me exactly what I needed, and guided me every step of the way. These are the guys and this is the team I want taking care of my home and I highly recommend Superior Air Service!

Annual a/c inspection, jimi conducted this inspection, he was very, very pleasant and dedicated to doing the job well. He explained in detail , summing up all the items that he checked, which were many. Jimi is a good man and a professional in every sense of the word. Please send him to our house for future visits. Lelah was great to work with! It was over 100 in the heat index when our air conditioning went down! I didn't have time to play phone tag with companies! I had to leave several voice mails and while Superior wasn't able to answer my call, they did call me back pretty fast (which is more than I can say for the ones who still haven't called me back three hours later)! She was wonderful when she called and helped me make an appointment for in two days when they could get us in. I'm grateful I was able to get the problem fixed in under two hours with another company however it was a lot of phone tag and this lady helped me cut down on the tag by calling me back and giving me a little mental relief that I wouldn't have to wait 6 days like the other company I had just made an appointment with!

We recently had Josh and Chris out to our home to check over some temperature imbalances we were having. They were on time, friendly and very informative about the different options we had to help correct the issue. Josh even came back to our home a week later after we decided to purchase a new smart thermostat, to make sure it was installed properly and we were utilizing all of its functions correctly. I would recommend Superior Air Services to anyone in need of HVAC work.

We called Superior Air Services to come and inspect for some possible water damage from our unit in the attic. They were able to come out the same day for inspection. Esteban and Will were very professional and talked me through the entire process. We will absolutely use Superior for all of our future HVAC needs.

Well, Superior solved that problem for me. I pay less than $15 a month. Not only does this pay for my maintenance, but they remember to text or email & schedule my seasonal maintenance. If larger repairs are needed, I also get discounts on those. Plus their office staff and service personnel are knowledgeable and courteous. I've been with them for almost 5 years and I've already recommended Superior to several people.

Dwayne, Roberto, and Hector replaced all my ductwork and installed a Halo system. Dwayne was highly knowledgeable and experienced and professional. They did a fantastic job with the installation and I will be using them again in the future.

Fast, professional service. Josh took the time to not only show me exactly what was wrong and how it would be corrected, but also gave me lots of tips and tricks to get more life out of my current unit. The heat index has been well over 110 and Superior was very quick to respond and send a technician to our home.
