Josh at Superior Air was awesome at walking me through all my options for my new AC and furnace system. He had all the answers and even went above and beyond and added a new duct to my Son’s room that didn’t cool good enough. Prices are very reasonable as well. He beat the competitions quote by over 2k. They told me they would need 2 days to do the install but they got it done in one and everything works like it should. Very respectful team and company. Highly recommend.

I had been through several A/C companies before I found Superior Air Services. At that time I needed to put in a new unit for the downstairs. They were so refreshing to work with...professional, responsive, on time and they took the time to explain the system to me. I cant say how easy and efficient getting my new heat/air unit installed was! James met his very competent employee to unload and set my unit. The installer did a wonderful job. James came by after to make sure I was satisfied! I certainly was thanks James!!

Fast, and friendly service. They came out the very next day of my ac going out. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it within an hour. Very thankful for them getting it done quickly and smoothly

My experience with Superior Air Services started off on a great note when I called in and spoke with Tabitha. She was courteous and genuinely cared about my furnace needs, even squeezing me in on a day earlier when she heard about my issue. She called me back to let me know that her technician was able to clear his schedule and would be to get to both of my units, and then she called again to let me know he would be running a bit late. You just don't find customer service people like Tabitha very often.
And then Josh my technician was fantastic, as well. He was very careful to keep the house clean when he went in and out, and he took time to explain to me what he was doing and all of his findings.
I will definitely be doing business with Superior Air Services again!

Our unit went out around 5pm on a Friday. I called several different local companies to get quotes on getting it replaced asap. 3 companies put me on hold and wasted my time, one company wouldn't even come out because they were nervous about competing for our business, and the other 2 were way overpriced. Josh with Superior Air was the only person that could give me a rough estimate immediately over the phone and came out immediately to evaluate our system. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to move quickly. His prices are fair and competitive and his service is exceptional. I will recommend Superior Air to anyone looking to replace an AC or have one serviced.
