We called on a Thursday night just after 6pm to leave a message hoping someone would call us the next morning. They called us right away and scheduled us that night for the next day! We were so thrilled! They told me who would be coming and he was so professional and polite. I’m so happy we called them! We will use them for everything!

The whole experience with the salesman Chris was easy he show me my options and was very insightful the installer’s Chris and Mark where very efficient and extremely quick on taking the old system out and installing the new one I highly recommend Superior air for all A C needs

Our A/C went out on Sunday while we were all out. House was almost 90 degrees when we got back. Called Monday morning and was thankfully able to get someone out same day to look at it. They were great and got it fixed quick. Plan to call them every year to service it and make sure it doesnt go out again.

James was on time professional and very courteous.. He diagnosed our system quickly and said he would return in the afternoon. To get a call just 30 minutes later saying he was going to come and repair it early. The repair was done quickly and heat was on before noon. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would recommend James and Superior to anyone needing hvac work.

James was very professional and informative. Our AC went out in our home of 7 people and it was 90 degrees. He was in and out in an hour and our home was back to 68’ in just a couple hours! So happy with the service!! Thank you

Team of 3 techs came in, dismantled old unit, installed new ac and helped with a few additional repairs. They were professional and did a great job. I appreciate all your efforts to be timely, efficient and tidy. Keep up the good work team!

I am very impressed by this company. Josh is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He got me in quickly and was punctual on his arrival. He educated me on my AC unit and took the time to explain what was going on with it. He put on shoe covers and a mask both times he had to enter my home which I appreciated. I will use this company every time and would recommend them highly!
