I had another company install a new unit summer 2020, and I’ve had ongoing issues since. With the start of the summer, my unit was already freezing up. Rather than calling the installer back again, I decided to give Superior a call. During their very busy season, they were out in two days and diagnosed the issue. My original installer didn’t properly solder/weld a copper pipe and my refrigerant was leaking out. Jeffrey Beach was the tech with Superior. He was extremely professional and polite. He showed me the hole in the pipe with the leak, discussed what it would take to fix it, and got to work on the repair; fast and friendly! I will be using Superior from here on out because they stand up to their name!

Side note: I had also called Airco. Before discussing appointment times they pitched all their memberships and fees. By the time we got to set up the appointment, they weren’t going to be able to get to my house for at least a week. So I asked if I signed up for their most expensive VIP membership when could they get to my house. The time was the same. Superior also has a membership that I’ll be looking into setting up. For those like me with busy schedules finding it difficult to remember to schedule ALL of the many annual maintenance items that come with homeownership, they will reach out to you to schedule appointments!

I called several contractors for an HVAC replacement with a variable speed compressor. I chose Superior for their price and public reviews. They showed me four options and I went with an energy efficient dual fuel heat pump system. They offered one of the best labor warranties in the business and I feel comfortable that my system will provide years of service. I did have one small issue found a couple of days after the install but they were back on-site within 30 minutes on a Saturday after I called about the issue.

I am thoroughly impressed with this company. My mother’s air conditioner quit during a heat wave over the weekend. James arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and got it up and running. He was courteous and professional. I will definitely use this company again.

We have used Superior Air Services for a few years now. Josh and ALL of his team members are truly the BEST!! From the office to the field! They have always been professional, on time and their prices have always been competitive and fair. They have always gone above and beyond in all of the services that we have had. We had to call them out for a repair on both our furnace and air conditioner. They showed us what was wrong and then priced us fairly. We always recommend Superior Air to our family and friends. We will never use anyone else.

I was pleased with my experience with Superior Air services. Paul was my salesman and my techs were Chris and Joseph. Even though my install was done in a timely fashion, I did need to wait a few days. While I waited for my install, Joseph set me up with two window air conditioners because of course your ac will go out when the temperature hits triple digits. I highly recommend this company. They were polite, on time, and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. My experience with Paul, my salesman, was excellent.

Leo did a great job, he was punctual, personable, knowledgeable and fast. Been using this company for years and am glad they continue to hire skilled, polite technicians who don't try pushy sales tactics.

Update - My A/C was not cooling enough and it was 26 years old. I decided to replace the unit and called Superior. Within a day I had bought a new unit, thanks to Josh and Wendell (fantastic financing help), and had the new unit installed a couple of days later.

The installation brought the same excellence that I know I can count on. James was professional and personable. He communicated with me throughout the entire process.

I could not ask for more from a company, in fact, I wish all companies were like Superior!

I have used Superior for several years, in two houses, and they are always consistent, dependable, professional and reasonably priced.

Once again Superior came through for me!!! They installed a whole house air purifier, fantastic! The cost was less than the one room air purifier that I previously had. Love these guys, I will use them again & again.

When our HVAC system began to fail I was concerned because our components were only a few years old.

When I called to make an appointment I was surprised that they were able to make it the following day.
When my technician arrived I was upfront about how recently we had replaced our unit and that I was on a limited budget. The service technician was quick to recognize my concerns and was very transparent with everything he explained to me. They were able to locate my leak and repair it in a short amount of time and stay within the budget.
I could not have been happier with my service experience and would highly recommend them.
