They wanted $379 to replace a thermostat. I bought one at Lowe's and replaced it myself in 15 minutes. I'm a 70 year old woman. It wasn't rocket science. They need to think about a fair price for their work.

No integrity with this company tech said I needed a new ac unit called an independent ac guy I just needed freon the new unit would have cost at least eight thousand I got it cleaned and charged for three hundred

I had another company come out to fix an issue where our AC wasn’t operating properly and would turn off unexpectedly among other things. They were only coming up with two options for me, one of which was super expensive and the other was not working. I called superior air services. James came to look at the issue and I explained various things that were happening along with the fact that we had a new thermostat installed. To which he then spent a solid 15 minutes reading the manual to our new thermostat and determined that it wasn’t configured correctly for our system. He re-wired it and the system has worked great ever since. Every interaction I have had with someone from this company has been outstanding and professional. Would recommend them for anyone. They’re not out here to take your money and just want to help!

I could not be happier with my choice for choosing Superior to come access my a/c problem. James showed up on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and concerned that he made the best choice for me and my issues. We talked about Superior as a company and loves the teamwork atmosphere there and was very happy to work for them which reflected his positive attitude!
