Best Heat and Air Company ever. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable and honest and professional. A different company had said I needed a new compressor but Dowd Heat and Air had a different opinion and fixed my problem for less than $400! I’ve used them for years and they are the best and their fees are very reasonable. No Dowd About It!

AC started blowing warm air Friday evening. Called Dowd the next day. I was thinking they probably wouldn't be able to schedule me until Monday. But they were able to come out within the hour. I got a call saying the technician would be here in 30min. Arrived right on time, took the cover off the unit & immediately spotted the problem & even had the part with him. My husband and I were amazing and thrilled that we wouldn't have to spend several days in the Oklahoma heat with no AC. We felt like the technician was very honest, didn't try to inflate the bill, but got 'er done in just a few minutes. This is our 2nd experience with Dowd & we'll definitely use them in the future.

Roy came on short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem. He already had the part and the price was reasonable. Roy is very nice and gets the job done right. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family!
