Jacob acted with integrity and honesty, and saved me thousands of dollars with impeccable service. He came late in the day and went the extra mile to check for things that went into improving my air quality, which had him staying late. He was extremely knowledgeable and broke it down for me to easily understand. I highly recommend Specific Air for any AC needs, Jacob is top notch!

Jacob Palmer is the angel that showed up to fix my AC after the June 19th windstorm caused power outages all over the state. Reasonable price, knowledgeable, skilled, tidy, and fast. He did everything by himself because his helper was out of pocket helping family. Jacob knew it was critical to fix my AC before the 100° weather hit. Thank goodness for Jacob and Specific.

Jacob came out in the middle of a downpour and got my AC working like it was supposed to. It wasn’t anything scheduled. It was 80 degrees in my house and he came out on short notice. He went above and beyond in my opinion and we will definitely be using them for all of our AC needs.

I had to have them come address and fix things a previous heating & air company messed up. Specific Heat & Air were incredibly professional and fixed several preexisting problems, and no my hvac is running better than the day we moved in. Would recommend!

Jake is super at what he does. He is unbelievable responsive also. When you call he answers the phone. And if he can't at that moment, he will call you back within minuets.
