Dowd Heat and Air

I have been doing business with Dowd for 15+ years and have always had a positive experience. They also install water heaters, I paid $400 less than a friend did with a big name company.

I am very happy with Dowd Heat and Air. I have used their service for a couple of years now. Everyone from the office to the technicians, and even the owner, has been kind and informative. They have treated me right and gone above and beyond in customer service. Thank you, so much! I look forward to continuing business with you.

I spoke to Dowd around 11 am, and Chris and Sumner were at my house by 1 pm to do a full replacement of one of my ac units. I was amazed at how quick they were able to help us out. Great company, especially Chris and Sumner.

They were quick to send someone out which I SO appreciated. They also fixed the problem! Only feedback is that I wish I could’ve communicated directly with the tech. Instead everything goes through the office so I had to continue to call to get updated.

Dowd HVAC has been great to work with! They were fast at repairing our AC during the 100+ degree temps and became our regular service provides. They schedule the bi-annual maintenance with us, are on time and easy to work with. This company has been great, not only for us, but clients we have connected them with as well.

Answered the phone when I called, service tech came out promptly and was great. He solved my problem and got me up and running. Will definately call again with any future needs.

I called after 8:00, they were here before 9:30. Repair complete by 1:00. The roads were icy, so no problem on time. Price was fair, especially since it was done so quickly. I would recommend this company highly. Fast and friendly. I’m a fan and supporter of small business.
