Our home warranty set us up with Airways. AC went out Friday, filed a claim, didn't hear from Airways, called them the following Tuesday and was told "Oops we forgot to call you." They then said the earliest they could service our AC was Friday at noon. A full week after they were contacted. I waited until 2 pm that Friday and heard nothing from Airways. I called their office and was told they were running late but if they weren't here by 4:30 then call back. Called back at 4:30 and got a message that their office closes at 4pm. No call from Airways to ever setup an appointment or let us know they were running late. Some of the worst customer service ever. Not sure how they're still in business but I'm assuming the home warranty companies just push the lowest bidders. Definitely getting what they're paying for. Unfortunately we're getting hosed in the process. Just so you know you can ask your home warranty company to assign you a different vendor. Which is exactly what I'm going to do.

We are stuck with this company because of our home warranty program. Our unit was replaced; however, they obviously failed to test the system as it failed within 4 days. We have been without heat since 11/8 and have made numerous calls with dates scheduled to show up for the warranty repair only to have the company never show up and with excuse after excuse of their no show. We have 5 great-grandkids under the age of 9 that have been living here without heat for 21 days with terribly cold and wet freezing weather. My last conversation on 11/25 was that they were only handling emergencies - I think this qualifies as an emergency. They said it did, but still didn't respond. Obviously, once they get paid they don't care about their customer. I say shame on this company. Don't you think it is about time to help our family and get a tech out there? Time will tell what they decide to do! Heartless is all I can say. I wonder if the owner of the company is aware or even cares.

WARNING!!!
Never use Airways 24/7 Heat and Air. They have no showed my parents 3 times already this week after their Home warranty has paid and shipped their replacement part to him. Then he has the nerve to show up today and demand cash only without prior warning or giving him the dollar amount a head of time . He then left my elderly parents with no AC in triple digit heat knowing they are both in poor health. I also would warn anyone away from Total Protexlct home warranty company. In their attempt to save a few pennies they have left my parents without AC for 6 weeks now and after a more competent repairman told them what it would take to fix the AC they brought in this worthless guy.

I had no problems with Airways until a couple. Airways installed my furnace back in 2015, everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago when I noticed that where the air box was connected to the downflow vent was coming loose. I took a ladder and looked on the other side, against the wall where the insulation around the airbox was coming aloose. There was no foil tape on it, no plaster over it or anything. Like I said I never had a problem with Airways and felt the installation was fine. I just didn't understand why they neglected to sealed the furnace near the wall. I also had someone to go in the ceiling to look at the ductwork that the "guy" with Paul told me that, "The ductwork in the ceiling was so thin that you could see through it, and air is going into the attic and that I will rewrap the 20ft. for $200, that a good deal". There is nothing wrong with the ductwork, shame on you. I also had a Home Warranty with HOME WARRANTY of AMERICA, in my husband's name Victor Vann. I hope Airways read this.

If only there were fewer stars or negative stars....Paul is a con man. Beware of him asking for cash payments. No-showing on multiple occasions, empty promises, failure to deliver, etc. If that is what you are looking for, you should work with this company. This company is the worst of the worst. These guys give honest HVAC companies a bad name. Going on 4 weeks with no A/C in the summer heat in Oklahoma. Dealing with this joker only because he was assigned to me by the home warranty company.

I initially started working with Paul through my warranty company after buying my house in the Jenks Southeast area five years ago. And yes, because he needed approval from the warranty company prior to making the repair it took longer than normal, but I always thought they were fair with me given the limitations they had to work with. You do not get immediate repairs with a warranty company!!! I have since replaced both 18 year old systems (heat & air) in my house built by Dodson Homes, one two year ago (2015), and one last year (2016). His team installed American Standard (made by Trane) at substantial savings over what other vendors were quoting. Both installs were done on time and on the day they were scheduled. Also, my utility bills have dropped about 30 to 40% since then. Keep in mind, happy customer very seldom post. I'm posting only because one of my neighbors that I referred to Paul was scarred off by the negative posts that to me appear to be home warranty issues.

This company has little or no regard for customer service. Having no choice due to home warranty, we are stuck with this company. Warranty work is routinely scheduled about a week after the initial request. They don't show up as scheduled, They will block your number if they don't want to deal with you. Because they couldn't get if fixed on the first attempt, they AGAIN scheduled the 2nd warranty work for a week later. I would NOT consider calling them if you have a choice! There are too many professional and trustworthy companies out there to waste your time with this one.

Don't trust a business that starts their company by STEALING their company name, logo and advertising from an actually good HVAC young man! A thief, is a thief, is a thief... doesn't value a thing..
Won't value YOUR time, won't YOUR needs,... on and on. .

If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all..... So, I'm not saying anything (sort of). *Please Note that the only reason this company is rated a 2.5 star is because the owner gave herself 5 stars; all other reviews are marked as "1" (only because we don't have a "negative" star).
