Had a plumber that couldn’t remove faucets had a tight timetable in order to continue with kitchen rehab so called AIRCO and they seriously came the same day I was shocked and forever thankful! David was very nice and professional and was able to continue with tear out of the rest of the kitchen project!! Definitely using them in the future!!

Repairman needed for our Maytag washer.
Repairman came on time and even called to say he could come earlier than scheduled. Explained to us what was causing the problem. Also told us we have a 30 day warranty on the repair. Will definitely call Airco again if a repair on either the washer or dryer need to be serviced.

One of my pipes to my washing machine had burst and was spraying water everywhere flooding my house. It was at night, after normal business hours and I had Airco services "VIP membership" where I would not have to pay overtime charges for emergency services. I called Airco telling them one of my pipes had burst and water was flooding my house and they said they would send someone over.

After an hour of fighting this burst pipe from creating even more water damage in my home, I called Airco again to ask when they will have someone out to help me. After being put on hold for about 10 minutes I was told that nobody would be coming to help, and that I was on my own. Only thing they could do was schedule someone to come out first thing in the morning between 8am to noon. I then had to call a different plumbing company to come out and turn off my water, after which I spent the next several hours cleaning water off the floor.

Woke up the next morning with only a couple hours of sleep, I wait for a plumber that's supposed to be showing up between 8:00 a.m. and noon. At around 3:00 p.m. I call Airco again and ask why they have not showed up yet. They apologized and said they accidentally scheduled my service for the wrong time and they should have someone show up around 5:00 to 8:00. At 5:06 p.m. the plumber showed up and cut open my wall and replaced the cold and hot water pipes to my washing machine and did a very professional job, even cleaned up the dust from where he had cut open the wall and I paid what was owed with card.

Afterwards, I received an email for the invoice for the work done. Looking closely at it, I've been charged for 1.35 hours of labor. Looking back at my security system on my house, the plumber ring my doorbell at 5:06 p.m. and finished his work at 6:18 p.m. which is only 1.20 hours. I feel as though, even after all of the unfair and improper service I had received, I still got cheated out of my money. This isn't even the first time that's Airco has wronged me.

Whenever they had come over during the summer to put insulation in my attic I had them install a new thermostat. Come winter, whenever I tried to turn on my heat, the heat would never come on. Called Airco so they could have someone come out and look at it, and the soonest they could send someone out would be in 4 days. Had to endure the whole weekend at home in freezing temperatures with no heat before I could receive service. When Airco finally got there, they figured out that when they had put it in the first time they didn't wire it correctly.

I am overall quite dissatisfied with the services I have received. From poor quality control, long wait times, being lied to, and repetitive mistakes.

Yet another fantastic interaction with Airco!! I am constantly impressed with the excellent customer service and value. I highly recommend enrolling in the VIP service package annually as there are so many additional perks it offers in case of emergency besides just semi annual maintenance!

Respectful of property. Did thorough job. Was successful doing a repair that other companies failed. Diagnosed problem then repaired. Did not throw parts at I until problem was corrected.

Repair tech was quick and knowledgeable. Had the right part on the truck. Did a great job. The company phone operators were great as well ensuring that all the notes made it to the tech so he was able to be ready for the job. Every thing went smoothly. It was a great experience and I would recommend them for general HVAC service or maintenance.

Airco installed my Generac home Generator and has maintained it for over a year. Throughout this time, I have had multiple issues with this unit, all of which were from the manufacturer, not Airco. Airco’s power generation team were able to discover a hairline fracture on the engine block and had the entire engine replaced in an exceptional timeframe. Additionally, their response time and attention to detail has been phenomenal. From a coil wire that vibrated loose to a complete engine replacement, Airco’s response time and support has been first rate. Kiddo’s to Austin, Derrick and all the technicians at Airco, they are truly professionals at what they do.
