Airco Service

They arrived early and waited patiently for me to arrive at my house, replaced the water heater AND corrected a drain issue where drain pipe was sloped inproperly. Great professional guys, Micky and Kendall. Thanks again for the outstanding job.

Kristian was very professional and personable. He did a great job cleaning out my dryer duct. He told me what he was doing step by step and then showed me before and after pictures. He went above and beyond cleaning up behind the dryer all the lint that had escaped over the years. I so much appreciated this because I am disabled and can't do that kind of cleaning.
I am really happy that I called Airco. I love the fact that you text me and send me a photo of the technician that will be showing up at my home so I know who to expect.

Joseph & Chris both did very good work. They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. They were efficient in troubleshooting our problem(s), offered up solutions and cost estimates along the way. They were also sensitive to our time constraints as well. Great job guys!

He actually came for one reason and fixed that one and then discovered another bigger problem with our hot water heater. After doing everything he could to fix it he discovered that we were going to need a brand new unit (and hours was only a year and a half old). He worked with his team and they are replacing it for us without labor, as we have been a long-standing customer and have done lots of work through them! This is one of the reasons they are such a great company and why we continue to do business with them.

We would have done this early but due to the storm it had to wait until we got our power back on. Alex was very professional, he did an outstanding job and went the extra mile to make sure our AC unit was in the best shape it could be. Now that our power has been restored the unit is working like a charm.

The electrical panel is a clean install . Very impressed with the box layout, and the separation of my ground and neutrals in my main panel

Received a quote Wednesday afternoon that went above and beyond helping us though the finance by Thursday afternoon. The installation guy's had the whole system swapped out and running by 3pm Friday I don't think the installers took a break or lunch they worked straight through, totally awesome couldn't ask for better. Thanks!

We waited all day (from 11am to 8:30pm) for him to tell us it's a leak. He said our system "sounded bad" and then charged us over $400 to fill our unit. It worked for less than 30 minutes and stopped blowing cold air again. I feel like he knew that would happen as he heard a loud sound after he filed it, like it was leaking. I wouldn't recommend as we are out $400 and couldn't even sleep.

If you want a new system they're as good as anyone else. HOWEVER, if you need your current system repaired, call someone else!!! AIRCO exists for one purpose only...to sell you a new system at top dollar (they'll say it's because they only use the best materials). They're not interested in fixing anything. You've been warned.

Airco did a wonderful job for me. Had to remove and then reinstall air handler and plenum. Top notch job from sales to install to service tech. A+ 100% recommend them. Were so professional and a pleasure doing business with. Thanks so much.
