Dennis was wonderful! He's very knowledgeable and helped us understand the generator at our new house. He spent lots of time servicing our unit and made sure everything was running right. I would definitely recommend Airco, and will request Dennis for all our generator needs in the future!

I am Bart Younger. The Airco crew ( 4 men) arrived at 8:00 am sharp to install a 15000 watt stand by generator. They consisted of their electrician plumber plus Nick & Johnny. Johnny and his assistant left at 7:00 pm. We are awaiting the city inspector to activate the unit. The entire crew worked as a unit with each having their specialty. They exceeded our expectations. Johnny answered any questions and followed through with any special requests. The entire crew graded out as an A. Johnny was A+. These guys worked in near 100 degree heat but didn’t let let that slow them down. We have utilized Airco on semi annual tune up to our HVAC units. Kudos to this local Company.Disregard. I have two serious issues which I sent photos of Airco’s performance since the above was written. If you would like to view Michelle Will undoubtedly provide.

I remodeled my house and didn't use my A/C for 18months. After restarting my A/C, it didn't cool properly. I called Airco to get my A/C checked on Saturday and they showed up the next day. Great experience so far. But when their tech checked the system, he measured a sufficient level of refrigerant and diagnosed a clogged evaporator unit. The replacement quote has been $2586 + $119 for the diagnosis . I asked a competitor to get a second opinion. He checked the system and diagnosed a low level of refrigerant, added refrigerant and the A/C is cooling perfect (< $250).

No bad feelings from my side. I mean, this may happen (wrong tooling, skills, etc.). I described my situation to Airco's customer service to get the $119 waived but they refused.

Bottom line: 1 star, because Airco charged me $119 for a faulty diagnosis.

Curtis was very friendly and professional. Did not waste any time diagnosing and fixing the issue we had with our appliance. Would definitely recommend Curtis and Airco to others.

I am infuriated and compelled to share my appalling experience with this deceitful company. Prepare to be shocked by their flagrant disregard and relentless harassment!

Let me be clear: we have meticulously signed and dated contracts, backed by a thorough written communication trail between us and this company. Despite this, their behavior is beyond reprehensible. They consistently stoop to rudeness and unprofessionalism, leaving me seething with anger.

Incredibly, they have the audacity to disconnect calls (Lannel at accounting especially), displaying a complete lack of respect and basic decency. Their abominable conduct is unfathomable and leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Furthermore, every time we engage with them, they conveniently fail to provide any updates on our supposedly "resolved" file. This never-ending cycle of false promises and negligence is an outrageous mockery of customer service.

To make matters worse, I have diligently sent them numerous documents explicitly indicating the agreed-upon work performed on our property. Yet, they persist in bombarding us with inflated bills that contain arbitrary numbers nowhere to be found in our signed contracts. Their complete disregard for contractual agreements is unacceptable and deserves to be exposed.

Enough is enough! I am fed up with their seasonal calls (it’s been years by the way), as they shamelessly attempt to swindle unsuspecting victims. These individuals are rude, unprofessional, and lack any sense of integrity.

Don't just take my word for it—take a look at the recent reviews and witness the consistent pattern of deceit and misconduct. Countless others have fallen prey to their conniving ways. I implore you to exercise caution and BEWARE of this company!

Save yourself the torment and frustration by exploring alternative options. Take the time to thoroughly research reputable companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. Don't subject yourself to the unscrupulous practices of this company that has no regard for integrity or professionalism.

Airco, and their rep, Darrell F., provided excellent service while servicing my home Generac generator. Darrell was polite and professional, and extremely careful while replacing the oil. Thank you.

I have had several incounters with Airco in the last 12 months. To be fair, all employees that have come to my property have been courteous. The work itself and the charges for the work are a different story. I will discuss the poor quality of work and the prices that have been twice as much as other quality vendors will be discussed in future posts well as not disclosing charges before they happen! As an update to the charges that were not discussed, after multiple conversations, it was reversed. As far as the quality of work , there was an attempt to fix a couple of places that were leaking but I have no faith that all the other connections that we can't see now are correct and not leaking.
