It's the hottest day of the year and our AC went out. We were so lucky to get a tech today!! Time window was between 1 and 6pm. We got a heads up call, Austin was here shortly after 1pm and had us up and running in 20 minutes. Totally recommend!!
As with every time we have used A Best, they were professional, very affordable, and outstanding in every way. My only disappointment is that I can Only give them 5 stars in the review. I will Always use A Best for all of our heating and AC needs and I TOTALLY recommend that Everyone ONLY use A Best as well. You will not be disappointed!!

July 4th....It started heating up in my house. Outside temp over 100. I called ABestAir and Heat Broken Arrow at 1:30 pm. I was told someone would be here between 2 & 5p. Awesome I thought. At 2p the technician showed up and my ac was fixed by 2:20. It was a capacitor out. I was charged the diagnostics fee plus the price for the part. I was not ripped off because of the holiday. I have used them many times and always receive quick professional service. I recommend them wholeheartedly. đź‘Ś
So grateful for A Best Air and Heating Inc. My 91 year old mother’s air went out over the weekend. We called A Best Monday morning and by Monday afternoon mom had a new A/C and furnace. Everyone, from the tech who first came out, the installers and the people on the phone were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We have done business with them in the past and have always received excellent service. I highly recommend A Best!
The A Best Air & Heat employees are always professional, courteous, and efficient. However, every time the do my normal bi-annual inspections, there is always something they have to replace that is usually $2-300+ range. Since I don’t have the knowledge of the parts they replace, I have to trust them. I’m not saying they are trying to generate sales, but it does make me wonder.
Very knowledgeable and informative, thorough on the issues I had by showing me what they were and explaining how it works vs how it should work and super friendly, down to earth guys. I would highly recommend this company.
Abest installed a brand new 2 ton carrier furnace on 12/2021. The unit cost me $2500. Within 3 days there was a motor failure. I asked Jared (manager) why that would happen with a brand new unit. I even clarified that it was new unit right? He knew I was concerned about this happening so quickly. He reassured me everything would be fine with it. Now 5/2022, after several problems with the furnace, the compressor went out on my condenser. Abest recommended last summer that I spend over $500 on maintenance items, “because it is in good shape”, so I did. Now they say it is old and should have been replaced a while ago! While getting several quotes from other companies for a new condenser, I was informed that my furnace is a 2015 (not new!), and it was installed without a filter bed! I constantly asked them for my warranty information and receipts. They never sent them and now I know why. This company is lying and deceiving their customers! I have tried calling Jared and the owner Tammy Neither one will return my calls! I will see them in court! Enclosed is a photo of the 2015 unit they installed for me 12/2021. Abest says the warranty is good for 10 years, but it is not! With it being a 2015 unit it has used up 7 years of its life. I would have never paid $2500 for a seven-year-old system! Never thought I had to ask the age! I just sent an AC guy out to one of my other rental homes, where Abest put in a new furnace, and they did the same thing there, another 2015 furnace! People you will be buying old product sitting in a warehouse! BEWARE!!!!!! I still haven’t received a phone call from the owner, after many attempts!
Called for seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system & to change the air filters. They were very quick & responsive to schedule me and arrived on time the next day. Being disabled I felt I could trust them completely to do their best on my behalf as they also went the extra mile to help and explain their services.
I called them for their $69 special and signed on for their annual maintenance & service plan. I look forward to continued contact & professional courteous service with/from them!
