A Best Air & Heat

The entire crew was very polite, professional, and thorough. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure my new HVAC was installed properly. The duct and vent cleaning took care of 30 year old smells in my house. I highly recommend A Best Air for all services needed.

AC stopped and they were able to come out that morning to fix it. Definitely a life saver in this 90 degree heat in June.

AC's working perfectly fine one day the next day it's not. Found a sticker on my unit for A best heating and Air... After using them once before to completely redo my duct system I knew they were the right people to call..

Austin gave me a call about an hour and a half into my window of 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to tell me he was on his way showed up and was out of here within about 30 minutes. Turns out they were the ones that serviced the unit before I ever moved into this house! O, and the capacitor was still under warranty. Awesome news, awesome service, awesome company. 🤘

Robby was amazing! He called to let me know he was coming and was on time! He let us know what he was doing and he didnt complain about trying to fix the furnace in the dark lol. He educated us on a lot of stuff and fixed our issue. Thank you so much! It wasnt even that expensive! Definitely would recommend!

A/C work is always expensive. However, I was satisfied with the price I paid for the work I had done. Tech was friendly, professional and got the work done quickly. Before leaving they made sure to shake hands with myself, wife and son, even in todays health scared society that means something to me. Thanks for the quick response and good service.

I asked them to charge my ac while we wait for the replacement, and they said yes they can do that. Then they didn’t show up, and when I called the manager said it would cost 1200$ because of the type of Freon. I had it charged twice in the last month, and it does not take an expensive Freon. When I tried to speak with the manager, he was rude and told me he didn’t have to speak with me, and I could not speak with his boss. They Price gouge, and they were not helpful at the home office. The technicians were respectful and did the job right, but the customer service, and the manager go hand in hand. Not Good

Austin was the technician that came out he was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I have used A-Best Heat and Air before and what I like most about them is they are not pushy and did not try and sell me something I didn’t need or try and gouge me with high prices. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. Very honest and dependable company!
