Our AC decided to stop working during the night. Called A Best the next morning and had a Technician at our house within an hour. Unfortunately the AC was not repairable so we had to look to install a complete system. A Best was able to move some things around and installed our new system the same day. To say I was amazed does not properly describe my feelings...overwhelmed with gratitude starts to explain. The installation was smooth and the Technicians were very professional and thorough. The Manager, Jared, was very attentive as were the Technicians. I highly recommend contacting A Best for your heating and air issues.
First off I want to say Kyle is professional. The ONLY professional I have dealt with at this company. Called Saturday for a tune up and to look at a problem with my AC unit(had short cycling from about 0430 hours). I called back later and described what I found, broken fan blades due to a loose fan guard. Kyle made time to come out. Part store had closed so a no go for the fix that day, and very understandable. Had to call back on Monday at 1130 making sure they did not forget me. I got a call back about an hour later and I was told it was $1200 for parts and labor. Yes, you read that right! Whatever outrageous company you use was going to charge me $350 in shipping 3-7 days delivery alone! I said NO WAY! I found SupplyHome.com. Super nice, understanding, knowledgeable and only $147 for parts I needed, FREE shipping, and next day delivery. I called A Best to let them know they may want to use a different company to order parts and to save their customers they claim to care about money. The lady I spoke with this morning, vs the man I spoke with this afternoon...good Lord! The man, condescending, rude, could car less! Beware, shop around before trusting this company cares about what comes out of your pocket and into theirs. Yep, you guessed it, moving on to a different company! Lost my trust IMMEDIATELY!

We had a great experience with A Best. Jarred our salesman was very helpful and was honest. Nick the electrician was very knowledgeable and quick. Josh and Bret were great with their install. Answering all of our questions and listening to our concerns. A Best was also the only company out of 4 quotes to physically go into our attic and look around before providing our quote. Thanks guys!
A Google search led me to A Best Air & Heat. A conversation was started with a virtual assistant. In few minutes I got a same day schedule. Kayle Bailey arrived on time and quickly assessed the system, fixed what needed to be fixed and thoroughly cleaned my outside unit. He was very professional. 'A Best' is the best!
Very happy with my service. Called at noon & by 6pm my AC was back up and running on a 100-degree summer day. The staff was polite when I called and Kyle, the Service tech was professional, polite and answered all my questions. And, he diagnosed my AC problem quickly. Thank you A Best and Thank You Kyle!
The service call was like $69 or something like that. They were able to get me in the next afternoon. Came out and looked at HVAC, and told me itโs basically not repairable, so they gave me a quote for a new system, HVAC/Furnace. They came out the day after and completed the job. They take cash/credit/check. Now Iโm chilling with nice cool air again in this 100ยฐ+ degree weather!!! ๐
I've been doing business with A- Best for probably 20 years now, and I couldn't imagine any better service! Prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I rarely do reviews, but service at this level just does warrant one. (PS: if you ever need a new a/c unit and the boss man Mr. Green offers to flip you for it, good luck!) ๐
