Terrible experience. Technician was incredibly rude/inpatient. When explaining why our thermostat went out stated "it works until it doesn't." Only tried to sell us on signing up for their 24/7 service and then when they were not available (because our AC unit worked for less than 30 minutes after he left) he said "that's just what companies say." We took our business to air comfort solutions.
Kyle came out to fix our problem. He was very professional. He was extremely efficient and had us up and running in no time. With it being 24 degrees outside on Christmas Eve we could not be more thankful! NEW VISIT.... June 2023 ...Our a/c went out on Saturday, they sent Kyle out on Sunday he located our problem which was a motor. He found the part first thing Monday morning and we were running again. This company is fantastic!! Very honest and dependable. Our unit is aging and I will never buy from anyone else. They have life long customers!! THANK YOU.
Technician Kyle was quick to diagnose the issue as a broken drain connection and promptly repaired. Made sure leak was fixed and A/C was working correctly before he left.

Heater is 8 yrs old. Unit would not come on and maintain the set temp. The tech came out out opened the furnace closet door and said it was going to cost $1200 dollars to repair or $4,000 to replace. We declined the service and tech left. Changed the air filter because it was dirty. The heater is working fine now!! No real diagnoses just simply a quote for an unneeded repair. As a former car mechanic I was taught to do a good diagnosis’s before telling the customer what the problem is and what it will cost to repair. That didn’t happen here. All we needed was a $3 filter!!!!
James brown was the repair technician who came to service my heater. He was very respectful and professional. He came out on not just a weekend but a holiday as well. He politely and respectfully educated me on the issue with my heater and told me the price of replacement parts and service up front. I’d be happy to refer A Best to anyone. I hope I don’t have to use their services again but if I do need more assistance I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call.
