    Outstanding maintenance service today by Gordon’s service technician, Austin! Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Austin performed a thorough inspection on all aspects of our HVAC system as well as prepared an estimate on air duct cleaning, per our request. Thankful and blessed to have Gordon’s care for our heat and air system!

    I was a loyal customer of Gordon’s advantage program for two years, always paid at the beginning of contract, and was taken good care of by their former rep Jacob. After he was gone, no one contacted me and when I had an emergency in my restaurant, I was told that I needed to wait for a week since they were booked up! So what’s the point of paying ahead of time if that’s the case? So I had to have another company come and fix my unit.
    Still I had a contract till the end of 2022 so after they serviced my units earlier in the fall I noticed a problem, I called them to find the problem with the unit, they sent an older guy with a very young assistant who was sent on the roof after 2 hours he announced he was not sure but I needed to replace a few parts. I wasn’t sure he found the issue so I called another company and the issue got fixed the next day which wasn’t what Gordon’s technician pointed out. Later I got a bill for $200 for diagnostic tests!!! I was really disappointed so I contacted them and said I don’t want to be part of advantage program anymore, and I pay the bill once my account is closed-they were suppose to email me back or call which never happened. I got another bill in the mail in a few weeks, I called them asking for the removal of the account and they said oh it’s removed! So I sent the $200 check for them early January.
    Yesterday I received a letter from a collecting agency about the $200 bill! I called Gordon’s and was told the check got received and that was an automated message from collecting company!
    This is the way you are treated , after years of being a loyal customer and giving them reasons for postponing the payment to first be sure the be removed , that’s what you get!

    Devin and Micah were great. The issue was properly diagnosed and quickly fixed. In addition a brief inspection of A/C unit, attic ductwork and water heater was done. None of the other Gordon's experts had done so, evidently part of my bi-annual check up policy. Thanks so much.

    Xzavion was great! Came into do preventative maintenance, was able to get here earlier than expected as well on Saturday. Every staff member from service calls over the past 6 months have been awesome. Highly recommended.

    Techs like Eric Troxel (#981) are the reason I continue to use Gordon for all my heat/AC needs! After having some issues with my thermostat not setting to the temp I’d like, Eric was quick to diagnose the issue and offer a solution. Furthermore, we installed the new thermostat and made sure the settings for the program were set to my preference, then showed me how to work everything. Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind - Eric was great! Thanks!!

    Eric Troxel Tech# 981 came to our home today, He was very thorough and did an excellent job! I really like and appreciate the fact that he’s a veteran just like I am I’m all about supporting our veterans! We are in need of some maintenance, which I am scheduling in April. I never once got the impression that he was trying to gouges or over sell us things we don’t need.
    I’ve use these guys for the last two years to maintain our system. The previous owner use them as well and I trust them and you should too. These people are very honest and you can believe what they’re telling you when they really know their stuff I will continue to use Gordons for years to come. Thank you so much, I have all the confidence and trust in the world and you people from now on Eric Troxel will be our air conditioning tech and I really like Harold as well for servicing our furnace.     Xzavion came in and was very professional. Explained everything of the process for our maintenance being done today very well. He was very informative and personable. Took care of the inside and outside units informed us of a new surge protection for the units as well. Enjoyable young man would not mind having him as a tech again.
