The sales person was highly annoying, I told him I was not interested in their leasing options and he grilled me for 30 minutes on the value.. he refused to quote me an ac unit that was not an "premium". I told him I was not interested in a ridiculously high efficiency system. He pushed and pushed and only quoted me the premium systems. He had to call his manager to get the best pricing when he literally had a book of pricing. The "manager" was up talking the unit like he had never seen it.. sounded more like a used car sales manager. When i told him the prices are way over market value he said you can't put a price on hard workmanship and comfort. When I told him 16k was ridiculously over priced for a 3 ton unit. He pushed the comfort is amazing tho. I said for 6k less I can afford a diffrent unit pay 3k extra in utilities for 15 yrs and still save money. Ended up going with a northern contractor that quoted me 8k under their quote for an even better unit! Ridiculously highway robbery!

Great service. Competitive prices. Reliable and dependable. Justin, Ed, and Ashley and the plumbing team were extremely professional and skilled. I had a furnace preventative maintenance completed, as well as a plumbing problem that was resolved. Great company.

We had shower knobs that had broken off and needed to be replaced. Our hot water tank went out, then our sink wouldn’t drain. On 3 separate occasions their techs were extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and their prices were extremely competitive. Always kept to their quote and super clean. Went over and beyond on every service call. Chris, Noah, Colton & Michael were all amazing at helping us during our crisis each and every time. Thank you Gordon’s Service Experts! Lies, lies, and more lies from GSE. Do not sign up for their advantage plan. It is full of hidden cost that they don’t tell you about. Use someone else as Gordon’s has been a terrible experience. Purchased a brand new AC system and less than 2 weeks later it stopped working.

Javier and Tyler came out to install a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Thy were right on time and did a wonderful job. It took them no time at all. Very nice guys. Thank you so much.

Colton and Jeremy came out very quickly to to repair my gas line and sink leak! They were very professional and kind. Did an amazing job, very happy with their work!

I had a really bad clog in my sink and in my bathroom in the water it was just shooting back up and I couldn’t do anything about it. I tried sneaking it myself using all of the Drano as you can imagine and nothing happened but I called Gordon’s and Ethan and Levi came out snakes by drains charge me 200 bucks like cheapest by far from any company I’ve ever dealt with, and these guys just did an absolutely amazing job. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
