We pay for the Maintenance+ membership which allows for routine maintenance and discounts. Today we had Eric come out to the house and do routine maintenance on our AC/Heater. He was very professional and friendly. He left everything in a clean state and was very careful moving his equipment in and out of the house. He explained everything very well. He recommended a few things to do to improve the longevity of our AC unit as it is 6 years old and explained what to do if we wanted to get these AC services done in the future. Thanks for the great customer service.

Peyton Miller has been the technician at our Memory Care Facility several times. He is prompt, thorough, and communicates well during the process. They are fairly priced and have excellent customer service. We will continue to use them at all of our locations.

Mike and Austin are PHENOMENAL! They did a thorough job with the A/C and Heating tune up. They took the time to explain what's fine with my system and what needs to be addressed, and when. The professionalism and knowledge reassured me that Gordon's is the company that I want to oversee my maintenance needs. I've seen other company commercials and advertisements, but it all boils down to trust, professionalism, knowledge, and experience. Mike and Austin exceeded my expectations.

Ethan and Jordan showed up and immediately assessed where our water leak was. They were polite and communicated what was needed to fix the leak as well as what the cost would be. They cleaned up when they were done. They did a great job.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Damien and Cale were both so professional and willing to educate me on what they were fixing and provide reasoning into why the heater failure may have happened. Could not recommend them more!

The two Austin's were very knowledgeable and explained the issue with my unit to my satisfaction. The unit was repaired within 30 minutes. I will share my experience with my neighbors to ensure they contact you for a/c service in the future. Thank you from a new loyal customer.

We had been without our AC all day. We thought it was due to a faulty thermostat but that wasn’t the only problem. Peyton showed me that our AC heat pump unit was in need of cleaning, & new wiring, besides the new thermostat! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, & patient with our questions. It didn’t take him no time to get us cool air working! Thank you so very much Peyton.

Jennifer is a ROCK STAR!! She worked so hard installing our new AC system, even in the heat. She was very kind and professional, cleaned up behind herself and even loved on the dog. Gordon's has been a great choice.

Bruce and Ethan were so awesome! They arrived in a timely manner and were very good at explaining what was going on and keeping me updated through the whole process! Will definitely be using Gordon’s again!
