Just had our system checkup. All is well. The technician, Micah, was very professional and thorough. We had him install a new carbon monoxide detector. We hadn’t realized that ours was so old.
So now our system is running smoothly and we’re safer now with the new CM detector.
Micah was great and very nice. We give him and his work a strong five star rating.

Service Experts, Eric Troxel was great on checking my AC and explaining to me what needs to be fixed. He worked hard on checking to see what needs to be done to get my air back to working condition. Thank you Service Experts for sending Eric and Devon.

Cleared the drain and got it flowing. Pulled and reset toilet. Dapped base around bottom and made secure toilet was flushing correctly. Javier and Tyler came out to service our plumbing system. My 88 year old uncle is very hard of hearing. These two gentlemen were very patient and explained everything they did. I would definitely recommend them both. And will be using this company in the future. Thank you!

I was pleased that Gordon's Service Experts were able to make a service call on the day I called in, but when the tech arrived, he gave a spiel about their $15/mo membership program, without which I would be obligated to pay a $99 trip charge plus a $96 diagnostic fee. I'm accustomed to paying a service charge up to around $99 with other companies, but this has always included a diagnosis of the problem. I was not willing to pay $195 just for a diagnosis. The gentlemen were cordial and professional, but I had to send them on their way without looking at my problem because of the feeling that I was being ambushed. The woman on the phone who made the appointment should have made it clear that the $99 trip charge did not include any diagnosis. The $99 trip charge is a charge that only exists to coerce people into joining the $15/mo membership program.

Damien and Dylan came to do my tuneup for my AC. Needed a new capacitor and Damien had one on the truck. Great customer service and thoughtful technicians! Thank you Damien and Dylan for taking such great care of me and my home!

They were great the first time we called about our HVAC system. I signed up for the $15 per month membership. They sent a tech out for the spring maintenance and the tech unplugged my outside AC unit. For the rest of the day the temp in my house increased. I called Gordon's and explained they just had a tech out earlier that day and my AC was not working. They sent another tech out who charged $88 to plug my unit back in. This was the second time I've had to pay for something simple after routine maintenance. The $15 a month is not worth it if you are paying$100 or more after every routine maintenance check.

Colton and Jeremy did so good. Very professional plumbing team. Communication was fantastic. They identified the problem quickly and cleared the drain line and now I can wash my dishes again. Thankful.

Ashli was very professional and able to address and remedy both issues I had quickly. Scheduling was very easy and Gordon's was able to get Ashli out here within 2 hours of me calling. Will be using them again!

I had Desmond & Patrick do my seasonal AC checkup. They take the time to explain what's going on and what they're doing, and even show you how their tools work. Not pushy or any up-selling at all. They tell it to you straight, they are great guys, I highly recommend.

Jennifer & William worked great as a team. Knew what they needed to do & got right to work after explaining to me what they would be doing & asking if I had questions. Did the work & explained what they did. Great attitude and friendly. These two more than exemplify the great service I receive from Gordon’s Service.
