Jose did an thorough job of checking our furnace and air conditioning, clearly explained all work and issues, as well as detailing suggested solutions. We're very pleased with his service.

I needed my drain to my bathtub replaced I ended up cross threading the drain. Chris came out and had my drain rethreaded and put back in within 5 minutes 11/10 would recommend these guys. They were very professional from start to finish very satisfied customer.

I love Gordon's Service. They are great. You always get good service, friendly people, knowledgeable, and helpful advice. They were able to ease my fear of what I thought was something major that ended up being something easy fixable. Austin, Devin and Demien were great and I signed up for the membership.

Had our regular inspection today and the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. (Eric Troxel #981) We’ve always had great experiences with these guys and this another one for the books. Def recommend.

I appreciate Julio Rios. He serviced my AC unit was very professional he recommended other services the company offers for safety and comfort but no pressure to buy. He’s was on time and a very pleasant person I highly recommend him based on only one visit.

I’ll always call Gordon’s in the future. Ethan and Logan were very thorough with cleaning out my main line and making sure all roots were pulled out from both ways of the pipe.

Scheduled for 4 pm and showed up 30 minutes early. Actually climbed up in attic to perform their inspection and took photos of discrepancies during furnace system checks and then discussed findings. My personal concerns (collapsed ducts and detached registers), were also checked. Fortunately no major concerns but age of HVAC and SEER rating. Also checked hot water unit.

A young lady name Ashli came by and did a great work on my lines! I didn’t expect a woman but! She got the job done like any other man would and was very nice and kind, thank you Ashli for your service

Eric Troxell did my a/c maintenance today and did a thorough job. He made some recommendations that could help alleviate my allergy symptoms, which I’m all about.

Ethan and Cale were excellent. They arrived the morning after my furnace was having problems and quickly tracked down the issue. They both were professional, friendly, and helpful.
