Tyler is awesome! He came by my business/home and checked out my A/C system. He was very thorough and took time to explain things to me and answered my questions. Great personality. Very professional. He even loved my dog!

I recently moved into my new home and have had them over for some plumbing repairs and also for a spring system check. They have been amazing each time with explaining what exactly ended to be done. Very professional each time they’ve been out. I highly recommend them and their membership program is definitely worth it!

Eric was awesome! He went above and beyond and let me know about the recommendations he had for our system and took the time to answer all my questions (I always have a lot because I like to be informed about the services I am paying for). He was very courteous and made sure I didn't need anything else before he left. Gordon's is a great company and Eric did an impressive job, which just proves why you should choose Gordon's over any one else!

Ed and Jennifer did an excellent job for my mom and I. Jennifer did a checkup on our ac/heating system and hot water tank. She found a number of things needing to be possibly replaced in the future. Our system is 17 years old and only made sense things were going bad. We could have fixed everything, but after Ed visited with us about a new system we decided to go with a new system with the advantage plan. They were both great to work with because of communication skills and knowledge. Felt they were really there to help make us comfortable and not there for the dollars. Thanks.

Excellent Service! Both Colton and Jeremy showed up on time, listened to my plumbing issues, and went right to work! They resolved my clogged system in less than an hour and even added flow identifiers, which were not present, for future reference.

Peyton Miller is out man, he seems to be the tech that comes to our facility. He is wonderful, explains things in a way we can understand, very helpful, does a great job, doesn't leave a mess. We love him.

In our second year of the house we moved into we realized we probably needed our furnace checked. Micah and Alex came and cleaned the ducts. I enjoyed their company and were easy to work with. Nick came afterwards answered a few questions and did his part with cleaning the blower wheel and replaced the inducer. These three are great individuals for Gordon's and I am pleased that these are the type of people you hire. Great work!!! And thanks!!!

Wendell and Micah did the most thorough and comprehensive maintenance check of our heat and a/c systems. They were extremely courteous and professional, communicated every detail and made the entire process very simple for us. Highly recommend them to everyone!
