Just had Steve & Austin out to repair a leak. They were great to have working on our problem. Very personable, quick to answer all our questions & concerned for our fears of unexpected problems. We didn't have unexpected problems but they worked diligently & professionally, explaining everything that would be needed & how they were going to accomplish the task. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

My washing machine was leaking onto my kitchen floor underneath the cabinets, pippin brothers came out to my house, stood in my kitchen while I explained what happened, did not look at anything, did not assess the situation at all and said that it’s a broken pipe under the concrete and left me with 2 quotes.. a quote for $19,000 to rip up my kitchen floors to replace piping and a $5,000 quote to move my washing machine to an exterior wall and re-route my plumbing. I didn’t feel good about accepting what he said being that he didn’t assess anything at all so I called solid plumbing to come give me a second opinion, solid plumbing checked everything, assessed the situation and decided to run some cables down a pipe that was on my roof and fixed my leak for $200. Needless to say, I will not be using pippin brothers ever again. Seems to me they take advantage of people. Solid plumbing will be my go-to for any plumbing issues I have

Shane did a great job fixing the problem and even checking on a few minor issues in the home I just moved into. Had to call Steve for the washer drain later as well as lesser issues and he explained everything and fixed the drain. Also told me about a monthly service contract for plumbing, heat and a/c. A great idea considering the house is 50 years old and units aren’t that new.

Had an Appt. with Mr Dustin Baggs for my Heat & Air Maintance. Dustin was very Professional and understanding of the questions I had of my heat and air system. He inspected, cleaned, and replaced air filter system and both heat pumps great work thanks

Horrible customer service from this company. Nobody in the office knows what is going on. We called them in Oct 2020 and asked them to come look at our outside unit (a 10yr old Pippin unit by the way) because it was cycling on and off every 2-3 seconds. The tech came out, gave a diagnosis of what was wrong and the estimate for both repair and unit replacement. He was "urging" us to buy a new unit, he acted like he didn't even want to try to repair it at all. We opted for the repair option. After multiple phone calls and receiving different stories each time about why it was taking so long to get them back over to repair, they finally show up today, Jan 21, 2022, with the wrong parts. We have already contacted a different company to come look at it. We will not only never use this company again, but we will also never recommend them to anyone. They are not worth the trouble and definitely not worth the money. I actually give them no stars at all, but that is not an option, so one star it is.

Very informative, helpful. My wife was here and he did an amazing job.

Steve Hughes came out after hours and got our drain line flowing again and also ran a camera and made sure it was cleared out to the city drain line. Highly recommended will definitely be using again.
