Chris and his helper did a fantastic job they're very professional, I was surprised how quick they got it done! I would give them an 11 out of one two 10 thank you so much!

I called during a high demand in plumbing repair due to cold weather and most companies weren’t able to come until a week later, but Pippin Brothers were able to squeeze me in the next day. When I communicated that water was flooding through my floorboards, they came even sooner and their manager called me personally to give me some helpful tips and keep the emergency contained until Austin came to fix the issue. Definitely would use again!

Very professional and responsive. Honest with prices unlike some companies in Elgin. Found the issue and repaired at a good price. Other companies tend to over charge for camera usage and other tacky fees. Pippin Brothers have employees all over which can be beneficial in smaller areas outside of Lawton. They had availability on a holiday weekend, Saturday, and Austin (who was Great!) came at a fast & reasonable time. Pippin Bros. was cheaper than other companies on a regular day. Definitely a new customer. Thank you for your honest proces and quick response. Definitely a professionally operated business.

Shane was professional and kept me updated on things he was doing. He explained the cost and what was needed to fix our issues before starting. Thank you for your service.

Steve was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions. He located my leak and had a solution to fix it. I was extremely stressed over the situation and knowing Steve was on the job helped me calm down and do what needed done to help him. He is excellent at his job!!

Dustin is very professional, had the heating checked out in minutes. He found that need a new motor/motor control board. He told us that it looks like an intermittent issue, because the heat did come back on. They will order new motor on Monday, it stopped working again, going to wait on the motor.
When Dustin returned with the new motor he had it swapped out in less than 30 minutes and we had A/C again. Dustin was very professional during both service calls.

Great guys. Great customer service at front desk. Honest and quick. We are so appreciative. Hopefully we won't need to call again but if we do it will be with Pippin Brothers for all our needs.

Ron hooked up the faucet on the front of the house as promised. Also, with foresight, hurried to smooth out the front yard before it rained. Very personable and knowledgeable about his job! A+ experience!

No drainage in home tub toilets. found out that the city main water line is full to the top our homes have no place to drain when we flush the toilet or take a shower so I honestly have to say that the issue today was City related not within my home Shane was awesome they will become my plumbers from now on I'm new in town
I have to say I have not found one negative review on pippin Brothers at all
