Chris was very professional and quickly diagnosed the shower issue. I have used Pippin Brothers for my HVAC and plumbing services for over 25 years. They have always been responsive and professional and continued those traits through this morning’s service!!

2 months of getting the run around with a different company and the. these guys show up and get my sewer flowing again in just 2 days of work.. i dont know about you bit im only calling Pippi bros feom now on.

I was quoted on the phone $114/ hour plus materials. The tech mid way through the job told me it’s going to be $114/ hour plus an additional $400 to snake a drain through a toilet drain even though the toilet was already removed. Very shady company won’t stand behind what they quote.

Update after they saw my review they called and offered me a refund check by mail for what I paid them when they were out. That was three weeks ago and still haven’t received it.

He worked fast, was friendly, and showed me exactly what the problem was. I think the price was very reasonable! Definitely keeping their number on hand for future unseen problems.

Dustin was very knowledgeable and professional. Got straight to the problem. Hope he will always be my tech. Pippin Brothers is my go to for all my hvac needs.

Pippin Brothers hires some of the best workers around. I had a problem with my water not getting hot and bathroom and vanity floors being hot. Steven Hughes came out and investigated the problem. He explained step by step what he was doing and why. He found out what the problem was and what was causing it. He gave a breakdown of the cost and options to resolve the issue. He also explained what could possibly happen over time in the next year as well and suggested a more permanent resolution to the problem. Steven was very professional and honest.
