Nice people but either they are totally incompetent or scam artists. Paid 1900 for my water heater to be replaced as the water wouldn’t stay hot to run a bath for my children. Max 10 mins of Luke warm water. Was told by one of the staffed plumbers that it was rotten and needed replaced. So I caved and agreed to the repair at the price point of 1900 which is on the high end of the national average, strange for a town like Lawton. In the end the water stays Luke warm for about 10 mins still and now they are suggesting a water heater booster. We literally cannot run 2 showers with no other hot water being used this is not ok. The 2nd time pippin brothers came over to check on it a different plumber came and said “your hot water heater is hooked up backwards” and he called the original installer who responded “that’s how the old one was hooked up” I expect a better wealth of knowledge and common sense out of the most expensive plumbing company in Lawton. However I have seen their work quality on fort sill as well and that leaves a ton to be desired. I have already made the suggestion for fort sill contract specialists to end the contract with pippin brothers, they clearly do more damage than good. The workers are nice enough people but clearly lack the skills and drive needed to diagnose and repair problems with plumbing. Would never use them again and will tell everyone I can to avoid them like the bubonic plague.

Did one initial appointment with Chris and pippins. I fully plan on calling back to have Chris help my family out!

Tech did an outstanding job. Found and corrected the problem another company couldn’t find. Will use this company from now on

Dustin did a great job servicing my AC and heating unit.. he is professional and friendly.

The reason there are only two stars is because their prices are outrageous. We needed a dryer vent fan (cause some dumb builder put the dryer vent through the roof). So the air wouldn't flow and the dryer wouldn't dry that well. They wanted to charge me around $1200 for a dryer blower (just the part, without install). Yeah I got someone else to do it with everything include for about a quarter of that.

Chris was fantastic, he fixed our problem so quick and even explained what he was doing to my husband as he did it. Highly recommend

Omg, I'm sold...Very professional very clean very kind, answered all questions, I felt very comfortable asking a million questions without fear of tech laughing at me like other companies did here in Lawton. Pippin brothers has restored my faith in people and I will only use them for my plumbing needs....They definitely are and asset to Lawton and the tech is a true asset to pippin brothers....thank you so much.

Steve was so thorough doing his job. He was able to diagnose the issue and backed up his reasoning. He was extremely patient with me as I am a relatively new homeowner. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out key areas of plumbing I should be aware of. He also discussed other services with me that I was interested in. He did an awesome job!
