Austin came out and not only did he repair our water heater hoses that were leaking he also found that the water heater exhaust vent was not properly aligned and is part of doing the hoses he fix that. The response time was excellent especially on a holiday weekend. Thank you very much you’re my new plumber of choice.

Hands down the most efficient and professional plumbing company in Lawton! We had a propane leak and a huge snow storm was moving in. I called several places and no one would come. Pippin Bros came with in 2 hours of my initial call. They were so professional and explained everything to me. I would call them again and will be recommending them to everyone! 5 stars easily

Pippin Brothers came out and attempted to clean my ducts and vents but their machine couldn’t with the way the vents are angled (really old in the wall). Only charged a service fee and gave me a quote on what it would take to replace old ducts and bring vents through ceiling! Very professional!

Came out for a simple clog and walked away breaking their snake in my pipes and now it's 4,000 dollars for the job. I know they made things worse and when I'm done and get the proof. They are paying every dime back. Idiots. The dispatchers need to be retrained too. Stop telling everyone one thing and the plumbers come out and have to tell us another whiche we were fine to pay the extra 69 for the gas but not 4,000 for a job tjey caused and wanted to rip our flooring. Scam artists DONT USE THEM
