Our HVAC tune-up was performed quickly and professionally

Steve Hughes came out and fixed our clogged sewer line. He was very helpful and nice. He gave us a couple options on how to fix the line. We really appreciated his help.

Staff was nice enough, but was seriously overcharged for a simple repair on an outdoor faucet. Was quoted $175 for repairs, and then was told that didn't include the cost of labor another $49. In total, was charged $224 for about 5-10 minutes worth of work. I had already bought a new whole new spigot assembly for them to install, but was told that would have cost me about $350.00 with no warranty. Will be looking for a new plumber next time I need one.

Worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. We had paid $180 for an "emergency after hours" visit for a technician to come out, he told us our issue was an emergency and he would absolutely get us scheduled for major repair. A few days go by and A DIFFERENT technician comes out to our house and tells us "no one gave the company any quotes, it's like no one came out here" then gave us the exact same prices the first technician gave us. A few more days go by and we still hadn't heard from them about our scheduled appointment and it took us a few more days to actually get a hold of someone. When we finally spoke to the woman at the reception desk she said "I don't have anything at all from your address or your quotes, you have not been scheduled" we had gone without water for over 2 weeks at this point from when their tech turned our water off. Because other jobs had gotten scheduled in that time we had to wait another 2 weeks for one of their techs to come out. I paid my father $500 to drive out from tucson to do the work. I canceled and these people have the audacity to still charge us a $50 cancellation fee. I will NEVER call this company to do any work for is in the future.

We wanted a quote and he answered our questions. He is professional about the goals we had, and we will take that into consideration, he was very approachable. After the work on our foundation is done we will make our decision. Thank you.

They showed up earlier then expected which is awesome. Steve knocked out out clog very quickly, and was nice and professional in answering all my questions i had about the plumbing.

Austin was very informative and helpful! He took the time to explain everything he needed to do and why he needed to do it. Will use this company again!
