I was tired of constantly repairing my old system, always wondering when it was going to fail on me. I contacted Robinson Heating and Air and Blake came out to the house and showed me how I could save money on my electric bill by installing a new Amana energy efficient system. The job he said would take 3 days to complete and the crew that showed up were highly knowledgeable, and very respectful. Any question I had they had the answer and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. Their customer service is great. I would get a text every morning letting me know they were on their way and they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess for me to dispose of. Definitely made me a lifetime customer. Daniel Taylor came to our home in response to our HVAC system failure. Turned out that there was nothing wrong with the system. My home comfort system app reported a failure with the attic blower motor due to multiple power outages during the recent storms. He reset the system and it started working normally. Daniel had two other customers that he needed to take care of and it was already after 6 PM in the evening; however, Daniel took the time to explain why the system shut down and suggested that we could have two surge protectors installed on the attic unit to prevent the unit from shutting down again should there be anymore future power surges. He took the time to explain everything and offered us the option to have them installed. My wife and I both agreed, and Daniel took the extra time out to install them for us. This to me was above and beyond customer service. All he had to do was reset our system and leave and continue on with his next two customers, but instead he took the time to upgrade our system because of his caring dedication for making things right ..., and he didn't care about what time of the day it was! You don't find that kind of devotion very often these days. Excellent ..., Excellent customer service. Thank you Daniel. He also explained customer membership to us. My wife and I both thought we were already customer members? Turned out we weren't! He again took the time out to explain how our customer membership had expired back in 2019. We were never informed that our membership expired, otherwise we would have continued our membership. Anyway, Daniel took the time to enroll us back into the membership program. My only complaint against the company is that we had never been informed about our membership expiring. Please send reminders to us and your other customers before our membership expires. Our air conditioner has been struggling to cool our home below 80 degrees for the last three years (we have 20 door ceilings and a too small system for our home). Our bills electric bill was crazy high just to keep our home tolerable. Robinsons quoted us a new system for a reasonable price and had it professionally installed before the weekend.
The guys who did the work on the system were so professional and respectful of our home, they were even kind to our crazy dogs. After they were done with the install and we tested the system, I was amazed. What would have taken our old system two or three hours to cool to, our new system had cooled to in about 30 minutes. It was an insane difference! I am so excited to see our energy bill.
I would highly recommend Robinsons. They really did great work!
This company communicates well! They were great about keeping me updated on time of arrival. When Daniel arrived he was very kind and informative. The repair was done well and quickly and he explained everything to me. I am very happy with the experience from the first phone call to the actual repair.
Daniel was on time and explained, with pictures the opportunities that were seen. That gave me the opportunity to make informed decisions for replacement. Blake was friendly and provided choices for what my home needed. Zane and team did the install and they were great! They were professional, courteous and I made my experience absolutely worry free.. Thank you guys!
Manuel Vega {although I thought he said his name was something else???} was great, nice, personable, and was very professional about giving me advice. And we had a good laugh over me toppling over a kitty on a box as we were about to pull down the attic entrance. He was very professional, but also pleasant to be around. And kind when my stupid Chihuahua nipped at him. He's a keeper for sure and if I need help again, I will request him. I'm beyond pleased with his service. And knowing that I'm a recent widow looking to sell my house, he explained everything to me more than once in detail to help me understand my system as I put my home on the market. I'm very pleased by the entire experience. He is grade A. Thank You all so much!

Daniel Taylor was our technician and was most prompt. Explained what he would do first which was the initial evaluation of the HVAC system, once that was completed he went over his findings with us and presented his recommendations to correct the problem areas. He then showed what the cost to fix or improve our system with a price cost of best, intermediate, or bandaid fix. We agreed on one of the methods and he immediately began working. My wife and I were very well pleased with Daniel and his fix
My entire experience with Robinson Air was amazing! From my initial service check to purchasing a new unit with Blake, and installation with Wes and Carlos. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone was friendly, upfront and honest and did everything to keep me in the loop as to what was going on. I chose Robison Air based on reviews I seen online and I was not disappointed in the slightest, I would absolutely recommend them and will only be using Robinson Air in the future for any other of the many services they offer.
