Robinson hvac is great! From the courtesy call to see if we wanted a service to an existing unit, and to Manny, the tech who came to service our hvac system. Mannywas great and very helpful while doing the maintenance. Thank you so much for keeping things running.

Don't use this company! They'll only work on units that they install. And if you do get them out they'll charge you for a service call and tell you they believe it's a part that needs replaced, and in my case my unit is under warranty, they say they don't know if it is, then 3-4 weeks later with no contact and only because I call to try and get them back out they claim it's not under warranty and that because they didn't install it they won't work on it. "That's their policy" don't waste your time/money on this company!

Daniel (the tech) was honest and a pleasure to converse with while he completed a tune-up on our AC unit. He was professional and had a great sense of humor.

We replaced our system 8 months ago and we’ve had a couple minor issues but we’ve always been able to get someone out very quickly to do what was needed to get everything back to perfect the technician’s are always quick to arrive, very professional, friendly, and explain exactly what the issue was. We hate having any issues with our system but we couldn’t ask for a quicker or better response when we need service.

Excellent customer service from Wes, and all the team installing my new HVAC system and water heater. The team was on time, hard working and respectful. They did an excellent job explaining any questions I had and cleaned up after themselves. Such hard workers and Top notch!
