Had issues with heater. Technician arrived the same day, troubleshot and provided the needed information to make repair decisions. Did an awesome job and highly recommended.

We had our units serviced and ducts cleaned by Brandon and Avery. Both of them were very knowledgeable and didn’t mind educating me while they completed the job. They were extremely polite, cleaned up after themselves and spoke very highly of the company (which you don’t hear employees do often these days). All over I was very impressed with the service from the initial call to schedule until the job completed!

Showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, explained what he was doing and what was needed to keep things working right. Cost more than expected, but system has a lot of miles on it. Overall, very satisfied.

Daniel came out on a Sunday afternoon for repairs to our our conditioning system. He was prompt, efficient and was very clear in reporting his diagnosis and making repairs.

Very professional, every one knew the assign tasks and knew what had to be done. Crew was very prompt on the job w/a couresty call to let us know their ETA. Very polite and respectable to customers. There was no slack time, the foreman and crew wasted no time. We as older customers apprecate the respect that was given to us. I would recommend this company and it's crews to anyone and if needed will use them again.

Mr. Vega was professional and very helpful. Answered all my questions, recommended some adjustments on how we use the heat pump to make our house more comfortable. Glad he came and serviced our system.

Mr. Manny Vega was very polite professional and timely, he answered all of my questions in a way in which I was able to understand. He also gave me recommendations for the next steps to take in the repair/ replacement of my HVAC system. Overall it was very good experience and I would definitely recommend Robinson’s Air.
