This business has great reviews but, when you call, the operators want to phish all of your info before they will even look at the schedule and availability. Called this morning and was totally ignored about the issue I am having and availability of service today. Was asked many questions about my cooling equipment and personal info before getting a response and was asked questions of why I was calling after starting off with all of that information. They send mailers frequently, so be cautious before using them.

I'd like to share special experience I had while Mr. Daniel performed his expertise: 1. He DID discover exact problem, and defective part. 2. He ordered the part (Gas Valve) in timely manner. 3. He replaced the part in professional manner. 4. He DID check up the system to ensure perfect operation. 5. He cleaned the area, after completion of the works. Called to have some routine maintenance and they were able to schedule us within a few days. Our technician was Will and he was friendly and professional, and did a good job explaining things in an understandable way. Overall the value for a routine checkup seems really good, especially as compared to repairs down the road if the unit isn't maintained.

I will only use Robinson Air. Every maintenance member has been professional, explained in detail exactly what was wrong and gave me all advice to include preventative measures for the future. Daniel Taylor was the technician today and he went above and beyond to ensure my AC was fixed while also being efficient and kind.

I called Robinson air on Monday Sunday June 26 to schedule a service call because my house was 95 degrees and not cooling off. I have two dogs that cannot be in that kind of heat. they told me soonest I could be scheduled was Wednesday June 29, so I took it. I have a contract to pay them monthly so they can come out and service the HVAC unit for preventive measures. they failed to do that by rescheduling the preventative service 3 times. now while doing the service call, I told the dispatcher to call my phone number when they are on the way because my father was out of the country and could not take phone calls. they called my dad anyway costing him a roaming fee. then they called me, I explained that I was at work and getting ready to leave and the guy asked rudely how long I was going to be and before I could finish he hung up on me. I finally make it home, and he looks at my outside unit and says its the dirtiest he's ever seen (probably because they rescheduled our preventive service 3 times) then says that its going to be $315 to clean it plus the $65 service fee. when I ask him why he's hooking up MY WATER HOSE to MY WATER, he replies "well, you can see it like $5 to clean it, and $310 to say it needs cleaned." im unsure able how you can be so unprofessional and rude for a simple question.
