Professional, very communicative, and respectful. Spliced a cable for me, very knowledgeable and gave good diagnostics report. Did not have the money to repair, but good information moving forward.

Technician came out to do the check up on the HVAC unit . Manny was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. Explained everything he was doing to the unit. They always let you know when they will be here. Plus manny called to let me know he was on his way . Would recommend Robinson air to anyone that need a new unit or just to make sure your unit is running properly. Great job !!

Our water heater leaked, flooding our garage last night. I called Robinson Air Plumbing when they opened this morning & had to leave a message but Caitlyn returned my call within ten minutes. I explained our situation with the water heater & that we need it replaced & she said she would have someone come to look at it & give me a price. Within an hour James came & gave me a price for replacement which I accepted & he started on it right then. James is very professional, knowledgeable & is doing the replacement on his own. We are so relieved & happy that Robinson Air Plumbing were able to do this today & on such short notice at a reasonable price. This is an exceptional & very professional company to deal with. We thank them so much.

Work and service were ok. The cost was much much much too high. I consider this highway robbery. This was for plumbing work - outside faucet. If you figure their hourly rate, it would be about 350 dollars per hour excluding the 65 for coming to the house.
They also would not check the crawl space to the bathroom. I thought it would allow you to go under the house. They had to cut a new opening in the floor in a different room.

We have the year-round service contract, it has really kept us comfortable by catching issues before they become nightmares! All of the reps & office staff have been knowledgeable, courteous, and on time. We love how they contact you before the appointment, and the smaller appointment slots...you aren't ever waiting all day for someone who never arrives. Definitely recommend!

I only had service today, but last year he repaired the AC system

Daniel was kind and courteous. He took the time to answer my questions. He explained what he was doing during the Heater system check. After he was done he explained all available options very clearly.
