The service was great! Austin was so polite and professional. He answered every question we had and I mean every question! He walked us through the whole process and helped us understand our options. He even gave us a quote to repair a broken pipe as well as maintenance advice. I will also add that I really appreciated that the company sent me a picture of who was showing up to my house before they arrived. Thanks Pippin Brothers Inc. I will be using you guys for other services and recommend you guys.

This company is amazing! They came within an hour of my call to address water seeping up through my floorboards. Shane found and fixed the issue quickly and was very professional. Trust these guys. I’ve had them out twice for separate issues and was VERY pleased both times. Chris was extremely polite and professional. They work clean, quiet, and timely. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but you’re paying for the peace of mind that the job will get done correctly. If you want cheap, call Bubba down the road and deal with the consequences later.

Plumbing. Saturday pm, everything was coming up through the floorboards. Called and they sent Austin out asap. Both he and Pippin Bros were very upfront about after hours charges. He cleared up the mess, did some additional exploration and explained the problem clearly. He explained causes, how to repair and offered a variety of solutions ranging from low to total fix it price. I was very impressed, both with his work and his overall appearance and attitude. I have used Pippen Bros for some time and their staff are both competent and courteous and respectful. Highly recommend!!
