After calling multiple companies, we called Cool It for an A/C repair after 6 PM for our Elgin home. They were able to get to us right away with a friendly demeanor. Raymond Kaley was our technician. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within 30 minutes of arrival. Professional. Highly recommend. Will do business with again. A+
