Showed up on time. Very thorough with my ac check up. Explained everything in detail and gave very fair pricing. The technician (Laz) was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use in the future for all A/C needs!

Cool It Down came out to my home for a free A/C inspection compliments of my energy provider. Laz showed up fairly early in the timeframe I was scheduled and was very polite and professional. Suggested we needed freon to obtain optimal, energy efficient use of our system. My house has been so much cooler and he provided tips for keeping the house cool. Laz took his time making sure everything was good before leaving. Would recommend this company.

My AC stopped working on a Saturday morning. Called and scheduled a Monday morning appointment but a tech was nearby and stopped shortly after my initial call. He was fantastic and got me up and running again in no time. To have such a short turn around and fantastic service on a Saturday is not a standard most companies can meet. Have used Cool It Down several times and will never go anywhere else!

The gentleman that came out, Laz Dominique was very professional and on-time. He installed my ac filters and offered suggestions on things I could do to improve efficiency
