Cool It

Had our entire system replaced along with new insulation and duct work due to the age of our system when i purchased my house . The Cool It team from the office to the techs were very professional and very easy to work with ! They came in and worked diligently to complete the job to ensure my family had our AC fixed as quick as possible! They did an amazing job and it is a night and day difference! Thank you so much to the entire Cool It team and we will definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone who is needing work done

Had the privilege of working with David from Cool It and received a preventative maintenance service visit. David informed me of various details about my HVAC system and described what he would be looking for. Overall, even though there was nothing that needed repaired, just knowing my system was in good working order is enough for me. I’m very appreciative of the level of detail put into their work and am happy with the quality of service provided.

I cannot brag enough about this company. Our restaurant kitchen AC quit on an 100 degree day. I called, they were here within hours; diagnosed a bad board and replaced it immediately. Cool-It literally saved the day! Highly recommend 👌.

David came to replace our kitchen sink disposal, which was under warranty. He was prompt, polite, and replaced it very quickly. Our dogs liked him too! Thanks for a painless experience.

Our AC stopped working at the end of a baby shower. I’m about 7 months pregnant and it’s started getting hot quick. David came out on a Saturday and was quick, efficient and professional to work with. He had our probably solved in less than 10 minutes and our AC was quickly back up and running for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company and David as well!

Shane and David came out, right on time! Same day service. Fixed our gas fire place and got our dishwasher working. Very nice guys, polite, respectful. Cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend this company. They will be my next go to HVAC company now too.

We came back from dinner to find that our A/C wasn’t working. We called cool it and a tech called me back within 5 minutes to get more details. David was at our door in less than 20 minutes and had the unit working 15 minutes after that. Luckily it was a clogged drain line, and an easy fix. We appreciate David’s quick response time and that he was able to get it working so quickly. We will be calling cool it and David going forward.
