When no one would answer the phone on Sunday Perry mechanical was there! Not only did they answer. They cared! Stayed on the phone with me the whole time and gave me instruction. This company cares! John the owner truly has a passion for people and what he does! Blown away by the work and price. Jimmy our technician was knowledgeable and went the extra mile. I will always recommend and si ng thier praises! There's not many folks around like them anymore. Just really Wow!

The gentleman that owns and runs this company is extremely professional. His values and work ethic are of the highest tier possible with one of the most friendly personalities there are. I will always be calling them first for any plumbing needs.

These guys are amazing!! We had 2 other plumbing companies out here 3 times. The other companies gave up and quoted me to replace the line for $8,000-9,500. Curtis, Kent, and Chicago came out and worked my system clear. Pushed a camera through, found the problems, gave solutions, and only charged me a small fraction of what it would have cost to repair it by everyone else. These guys were relentless in fixing our problem and saving us $9k. Thank You Sooooo Much!!!

Perry was friendly during a phone call, on a Friday, where I explained the plumbing problem we were having. He said he was currently working on a job that would take Monday and Tuesday. He told me he would be at my house in three days, by Wednesday, to assess the job and then complete it after. I said there was no rush.I guess that was my mistake. I don't know if he meant three days after 2020 started or what. I have called him several times and the last phone call he assured me he would be in contact to go to the house either that day or the next. It's been over FIVE weeks. I hate to leave a bad review. But if you don't want to work, say so. Don't string a customer along.

Very please with the work Perry Mechanical did for us. Diagnosed the problem within minutes, had one of our central air unit, up and running again. Reasonable prices, fast, friendly service. I would recommend to anyone!!!!
