Corey came out on time and diagnosed our problem right away and it cost less than we anticipated. He left us with a very detailed diagnostic sheet with all the information about the readings from our ac so that we could see if anything changes next time. We will use Cool It again and request Corey if we need another repair.

My grandmothers AC was out and she called Cool It. I was there when the repair man came and fixed the AC and he was professional, knowledgeable and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Before Corey left he even got her kitten out of a tree! I'll definitely use them when I get my AC system replaced.
