Rachel & Ariel have been so helpful with my heating issue. We were out of heat for 2 weeks for reasons NOT related to Cool It, but they worked extra hard to get my issue resolved. The moved us to the top of the list for repairs and always kept communication with me about our heat. We are very thankful for such wonderful customer service!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Called on a Saturday. Got call back in 10 minutes. Tech (Joey) showed up in 20 minutes. Diagnosed problem in 10 minutes (if that). Fixed problem in less than an hour! Even when the original installer of the new unit (who I won't name) couldn't figure it out. Joey was fast, explained the problem, showed me pictures and was very professional and knew his stuff! Thanks Joey! Great job! I hope I won't need service again but if I ever do, I'm calling Cool It! God bless!

David was professional, kind and very detailed-oriented. He took his time and made sure he checked every portion of my system. Just all-around great service! 10/10 will use again!

We have had nothing but problems with our HVAC system since we bought our house in 2019. We have a home warranty and it’s definitely helped but this time we thought we’d just try someone in town. Cool-it was recommended on Facebook so we gave them a shout. Not only were they punctual, but when the problem persisted they came out 2 more times to help and didn’t charge a dime. Turned out the drain piping needed to be redone and they quoted a reasonable price then and there and then came back 2 days after to install. Quick, painless and a job well done. David, Shane, Mike and Cory each came out at least once with David putting in the most grunt work. After they did the work they came back twice more just to be sure it wasn’t leaking still in the attic just for my peace of mind. Of course it wasn’t! Good job guys! I’d recommend to anyone!
